Adalah Gono (Mario Pratama), pemuda buruk rupa bergigi tonggos yang kurang tahu diri. Tanpa mempedulikan keburukan wajahnya ia tergila-gila padaTrio Macan yang menjadi idola blantika dangdut. Begitu terobsesinya Gono denganTrio Macan itu, Ia melakukan segala macam cara. Akibatnya ia dihajar para tukang pukul anak buah Oma Susi (Yurike Prastica), bos Trio Macan
Di masa kecilnya Trio macan punya pengalaman seram, pernah diculik dan disembunyikan oleh hantu Kolongwewe…
Gono yang tak kenal putus asa, didorong sahabatnya, Coki (Shiddiq Kamidi), meminta bantuan dukun sakti Ki Riman Banyu. Maka ia mewarisi Tali Kolor Kolongwewe, jimat penakluk wanita, termasuk Trio Macan. Bukan pusaka itu saja, wajah Gono pun berubah menjadi gagah ganteng Namun gara-gara kecerobohannya, Gono terjerembab ke bawah jemuran pakaian dalam wanita. Justru ini melanggar pantangan yang melibatkannya pada masalah besar, ia mendapat teror berkepanjangan dari Kolongwewe! Seseram apakah hantu Kolongwewe? Bagaimana cara Gono menghadapinya?

Huda (Nicholas Saputra), ingin mencari ibunya yang kabarnya berada di suatu tempat di Jakarta. Huda bertemu dengan Dona Satelit (Dian Sastrowardoyo) seorang penyanyi dangdut pemula yang sangat seksi ketika di panggung dan terobsesi menjadi bintang terkenal di Jakarta. Diantara mereka tertanam benih-benih asmara
Rian (Yoga Pratama) santri dari suatu kota besar. Dia mendapatkan sebuah kado handycam dari ibunya pada saat ulang tahunnya. Rombongan pasar malam terutama layar tancap yang kebetulan sedang singgah di desa itu membuat Rian semakin obsesif terhadap kamera.Rian ingin melanjutkan usaha Ayahnya
Syahid (Yoga Bagus), berasal dari keluarga miskin. Ayahnya sakit keras. Syahid merencanakan sesuatu yang besar dalam hidupnya yang akan memberikan dampak bagi kedua temannya

Obsesi Bimo adalah membuat tayangan televisi yang berbau horror dengan konsep yang belum pernah ada. Bersama Mia, Aline dan Bobby mereka sepakat akan menguak cerita tentang seorang ronggeng yang hilang. Di saat mereka akan melakukan perjalanan mencari kampung di mana ronggeng itu hilang, salah satu teman mereka memaksa mereka untuk ikut. Akhirnya mereka semua setuju Dea ikut dengan mereka.
Di kampung tersebut, tak satu orangpun mau bercerita tentang peristiwa yang membuat ronggeng itu hilang
Saat mereka memutuskan untuk pulang, mereka di datangi seseorang yang bisu, yang mau mengantarkan mereka ke rumah pimpinan ronggeng. Ibu Aline yang seorang cenayang melihat ada sesuatu yang tidak beres terjadi pada Aline. Ibunya meminta Aline untuk tidak kembali ketempat itu. Aline memberitahu Bimo, tapi Bimo tidak percaya. Mereka tetap menyelidiki dan membuat dokumentasi si penari ronggeng yang hilang. Dengan membuka paksa rumah milik ronggeng itu, mereka pun masuk. Satu persatu mereka mati
Akhirnya tinggal Aline dan Mia dan penyebab kematian penari ronggeng itu adalah susuk yang masih tertanam di tubuh si penari. Pilihan yang demikian sulit terjadi pada Mia dan Aline ketika hendak menyelamatkan diri, apakah mati bersama teman-temannya dan menolong si penari ronggeng agar dapat bebas dari susuk dan mati dengan tenang, atau mencari jalan dan keluar dari rumah itu….
Mereka memilih pilihan yang sulit, ketika mereka meletakkan arti persahabatan di dalam pilihan mereka….

Boy adalah seorang Aktor terkenal. Masa lalu Boy yang suram berubah setelah Boy mengalami kecelakaan mobil yang menewaskan dua orang. Setelah kejadian mengenaskan itu, Boy menjadi Duta Anti Narkoba, dan sering mengunjungi Panti Rehabilitas Anti Narkoba.
Pada suatu kali Boy memberi ceramah disuatu Panti Rehabilitasi. Boy melihat salah satu dari pemakai di sana mengingatkannya akan kejadian kecelakaan 5 thn lalu. Ternyata Junkie itu adalah Yani, anak dari pasangan yang Boy tabrak dulu, yang sempat Boy selamatkan. Boy merasa bersalah mengingat kejadian itu, mencoba menebus kesalahannya dengan membantu Yani sembuh dari Narkoba.
Yani memiliki sahabat dekat seorang bandar bernama Felix. Yani kabur dari Panti Rehabilitasi mulai menggunakan Narkoba lagi bersama Felix. Boy mencari dan membawa Yani tinggal dirumahnya. Kejadian ini membuat pacar Boy, Luna marah. Yani pun yang tadinya tidak mau tinggal dirumah Boy jadi merasa nyaman, begitu juga dengan Boy. Disaat hubungan mereka semakin dekat, Ahmad bekas Manager Boy yang menggantikan hukuman Boy dipenjara datang meneror dan memberitahu Yani bahwa Boy lah yang membunuh orang tua Yani. Yani mengamuk dan pergi dari rumah Boy. Boy mencoba mencari Yani, tapi tidak ketemu. Akan kah Yani mau memaafkan Boy dan mencoba hidupnya yang baru bersama Boy?

Anak perempuan Wakil Presiden diculik!
Kirun dan Adul (Ricky Harun dan Abdurrahman Arif), dua cowok biasa dengan pekerjaan biasa yang menjalani hari-hari seperti biasanya di Bali, disinyalir jadi penjahatnya. Padahal Gita (Permata Sari Harahap), sang putri Wakil Presiden (Didi Petet), yang justru memanfaatkan dua cowok keren ini gara-gara lagi sebel sama Bapaknya. Kirun yang tadinya naksir berat sama Gita malah jadi pontang-panting dikejar pasukan. Adul yang awalnya cuma membantu sahabatnya ikutan jadi buronan. Bali yang cantik dipanaskan oleh kejar-kejaran kocak yang menghebohkan seisi Pulau Dewata.
Cuma Gita yang bisa menyelamatkan Kirun dan Adul dengan pengakuannya, tapi Sang Puteri malah ngambek di saat yang sangat nggak tepat. Hidup dan mati Kirun dan Adul makin nggak jelas.

The opening scene begins in a forested area lashed by heavy rain at night. Amid the thick foliage we see a sniper in camouflage perched in a tree, as he trains his sights at a hut in the forest. Beneath him is another sniper, who sees three men talking outside the hut. The scene shifts to a nearby road where a uniformed police officer, OJ (Edison Chen) was checking some parked vehicles together with his partner. They hear over the radio a description of a suspicious vehicle, and are surprised to discover it at their location. OJ touches the vehicle to see if it is warm, and looks around, spotting a hut in the distance, the same one the snipers are observing. As OJ and his partner approach the hut, the snipers spotted them. One of them, Hartman (Richie Ren) suggests assisting the officers if necessary. His partner, Shan Ge (Bowie Lam) reminds him that they are only on an observation mission and should not reveal themselves.
